Unions and Employee Benefit Plans subject to ERISA are prohibited from paying expenses of family members and guests who are not attending the meetings on plan business, and from paying any personal expenses. How to Receive Priority Treatment When You Reserve Hotel Space The American Alliance does not guarantee hotel accommodations for registrations received after March 31, 2010.
