You can register up to the date of the Annual Conference . However, do not come to the Annual Conference without a confirmed reservation.  Phone Diana Mariner, Program Director at (516) 538-6612 for additional information. To register by Fax, dial (516) 538-6614.

Fees: The registration fee of $1,495 plus one nights room deposit is payable in advance and includes the cost of all meeting materials, breakfast, coffee breaks, and reception.

CLE Credits: Application for accreditation of the program in New York is currently pending.

Financial aid in the amount of a 10% reduction from the conference registration fee will be provided to New York attorneys.

Unions and Employee Benefit Plans subject to ERISA are prohibited from paying expenses of family members and guests who are not attending the meetings on plan business, and from paying any personal expenses.

How to Receive Priority Treatment 

When You Reserve Hotel Space 

The American Alliance does not guarantee hotel accommodations for registrations received after April 2, 2008. To make a reservation complete the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form together with your registration fee and one night's room deposit for each room reserved payable to the American Alliance Conference, Ltd. to guarantee hotel accommodations.

Registration must be received  before April 2, 2008, after which time registration will be accepted on a space available basis.

Payment Instructions: Make all checks for Registration and Hotel payable to: American Alliance Conference, Ltd..(This includes participants from the Educational Conference.)

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations made before April 1, 2008 will be subject to a $350 administrative charge.
Substitutions may be made at any time.
Requests for cancellations must be in writing. Late Cancellation fee $695.00. No Show - No Refund.
